The Origins of the Ad_Space

Our new brand of humanity has already achieved so much. We are at the apex of scientific revolution, but this immense, binary knowledge has given way to a dearth of artistic flair; a pyrrhic victory of sorts. Several decades ago, on one of my mining expeditions (Mother must keep the lights on somehow), I found buried treasure in the form of old-fashioned grain silos. These were perfectly preserved time capsules, untouched by nuclear war, just yearning to be found. Inside, there was a bounty of relics from generations past – harddrives with vast amounts of metadata, clothing made from extinct animals, and the most exquisite thing I’ve ever seen: paper.

I was astounded by all the books, plays, music, magazines – finally, we in The Pod ® have culture! I had found the perfect medium to deliver my message. Through this analog format, we are able to flatten our entire social, scientific, and commercial experience into one space: the Ad_Space. This is a place where idealism knows no bounds. Where absolute perfection can be achieved, whether it’s skin deep or embedded in our new (and improved) genetic code. Where you, my dear friend, can become the version of yourself you’ve always dreamed of being. All it takes is a quick hardware update and a little moxie. Fantasy has become reality, and Utopia is no longer a myth here at Ad_Space [available] .
